God would be able to lift that stone. You mistake what God can do with everything. God can't do everything. He can't make himself not God, he can't do anything irrational or illogical because he is supposedly logic incarnate. God can do anything that is possible, and nothing that is not. Because what is not possible is not possible to occur, and is therefore ever going to happen.

First of all you can't see God & if you could He can lift any stones he created, Hey Read JOB 25:7 He(God) stretcheth out of the North over the empty place & Hangeth the earth upon nothing. Now that is a pretty big stone isn't it. Do you want me to go on Gen. 1:16 God made also all the stars & the moon & the sun & all other planets.

Suppose however, God did create that stone. What would it prove? Ask yourself, "Who else could do something like that"?
Now suppose He made it disappear and re appear in a different location. You see, God did some thing greater then waste time on proving things, He created a people to have faith.
Now faith is believing in things not seen. So that the things which are seen have less importance then Him.
Yet as true believers we do see God in our hearts.
Now suppose you are that stone, an immovable object.
But God gave you a free will to lift your self up. Would you do that or would you stay stuck in the mud?
Try having a little faith and you will see much greater things happen in your life!
You too will see God and hear His voice in your heart!

Would you rather believe that we all came from a bunch of chemicals with no apparent purpose other than to breed and eat? Why should we lift a finger to do anything moral if we're nothing more than an assemblage of various chemicals worth 2.00 and are only one or two steps away from being a monkey.
God created the whole universe with just speaking it into existance which is unfathomable power to think of.

God created the heavens and the earth with just few words. In the book of Revelation, He'll destroy all the enemies attacking with just few words. With the stroke of his blood stained hands, he wrote the names of His elect on the book of life before the foundations of the earth.
Does He know you? Are you as holy as God to be in his presense? Have you been perfect in word, thought and deed? Have you lied, stolen or lusted? Who will pay for your sins? If Jesus has chosen to save you, he has given his gift of faith for you to believe that Jesus paid the fine that you deserve on the cross. Repent and put your trust in Jesus to save you from the just punishment of God for offending God when you broke his laws.

Well... he was helpless to defeat iron-plated chariots... why should anybody be surprised if he couldn't lift a big stone?

Nope. Never believed, at least, not totally, and not since I was able to reason.
