I worked in electronics manufacturing for over twenty years as a tech. There are several manufacturers of equipment to choose from. Even some hand held multimeters have outputs for computer monitoring and logging. I don't know how much you want to spend though.
You will need to compare different manufacturers catalogs to decide. I will suggest looking at Hewlett-packard. Several years ago our company V.P. started a company making PCMCIA card to use a laptop as a test bench. On of his cards was a multimeter but they no longer make them.

You'll need an external circuit.
A couple of resistors, connected to an Analog to digital converter that will connect to the serial or USB port on your PC.
Then you'll need specific softwere claibrated
for the measurement, and timed to take the samples.

There's probably a commercialy available product

You can find that, with the description online.

Link provided.

Good luck.
