Celiac disease is one of the types of wheat intolerance. Actually celiac disease is an intolerance to any gluten. Gluten is the common name for the offending proteins in specific cereal grains that are harmful to persons with celiac disease. These proteins are found in all forms of wheat (including durum, semolina, spelt, kamut, einkorn, and faro), and related grains rye, barley, and triticale luten.

When people say they are Wheat intolerant, they are more likely to be Gluten sensitive.

It is not the wheat you are allergic to, but something in the gluten in the wheat. Breads, cereals, pastas, noodles, foods with wheat flour that contain gluten. Read the labels on foods you purchase. I'm not sure of a name for wheat intolerance, however, there is a more serious condition associated with intolerance of wheat gluten called celiac disease. I'm sure there are other conditions, too. You should see your doctor to determine the extent of your allergies to the wheat gluten. I have the same problem, sometime I can eat that dish of spaphetti with no ill affects, and sometime not. Good luck.
