Please note that it's the suburbs -- Dearborn, Warren and Livonia -- not the city of Detroit itself.
I'm not sure how to find out info on lowest levels of racism. Detroit is racially polarized for sure. Massachusetts is a reasonable candidate from the states above. Anywhere though, there are likely to be pockets that are better and places that are worse.

Everybody in America is racist. The more they act indignant about racism, the more racist they secretly are. So, by that rationale, the state with the lowest population is probably the least racist. North Dakota or something. Most Muslims are probably in either New York or Texas.

The least racists can be found in a small town just north of now where. The most Muslims can be found in Mecca.
