Well I go jogging in the heat, I go shirtless. I sweat like crazy, and there's no need to sweat in a shirt more then you need to. Plus I feel more energetic, jogging shirtless in the heat. It's cool feeling for a guy to jog in the heat shirtless. Otherwise I wear shorts, socks and shoes. If it's cool out, then I'll wear a shirt.

In the warm weather you should be looking to run in the morning or evening, and avoid the running in the midday sun. You should make sure if you do run while the sun you should be looking to make sure you use a good sunscreen
Make sure you wear a wicking material shirt so that moisture is moved away from the skin, so foget about cotten tops, go for light weight cool max shirts.
Make sure if you are doing any distance to carry water with you so a fuel belt or camel pack may be a good investment make sure you sip frequently. Hydrate well 1 hour before you run about 500ml before you go.
Go easy, and remember if you feel thirsty you are already dehdrated. If you feel dizzy at any point stop and get out of the heat.

I try to run in the early morning. I wear nylon running shorts, and a cotton shirt.
You can get a different shirt that will be cooler, but I like the sweat in the shirt because I think it cools me off.
Drink lots of water, Florida, like Texas has a high humidity and you feel hotter than the temperature.
Dehydration is your biggest danger. Don't run in the sun, or if you must then wear a runners cap to keep the sun off of your head.

Run in 6 or 7 in the morning or 7 or 8 at night. Also wear running shorts which are much thinner comparred to leathery feeling of basketball shorts. Also, if you have the dignity, try not running with your shirt on. You feel some much better, because whenever I do I feel a lot better. When you run, It feels 40 degrees warmer than in it actually is.
