Recently, a small dent has been formed on my lower side of my teeth. It's just behind my last teeth.
It started like an ulcer.
Initially it really looks like an ulcer, slowly, it became bigger.
My friend showed me how wisdom tooth looks like and when i check at mine(the dent) i felt that it's kind of the same size. small ones.
It painful when i munch on my food. My jaws hurt when i touch it. Has been applying bonjela(ulcer n gum gel).
I've checked that there's no teeth forming but it really don't look like an ulcer. the size is just nice for a wisdom tooth to grow. What should i do? HELP.

Four molars, two on the upper jaw and two on the lower jaw, that are the last teeth to emerge in the mouth.

These teeth are associated with wisdom because they appear during the late teens or early twenties, when a person is physically mature. Often, the wisdom teeth may not rise above the gum line, but remain impacted in the jaw, causing inflammation. If this impaction occurs, or if they pose a threat to other teeth, the wisdom teeth may need to be removed.
They are commonly extracted when they affect other teeth—this impaction is colloquially known as "coming in sideways." Most people have four wisdom teeth, but it is possible to have more or fewer. Absence of one or more wisdom teeth is an example of hypodontia. Any extra teeth are referred to as supernumerary teeth.-

Wisdom tooth is nothing but a third molar , mostly similar in morphology as second molar . The only difference between your molar teeth and wisdom tooth is that it accounts for less of function in the oral cavity .Some people have smaller jaws and there is insufficient space for the third molar or wisdom tooth to erupt , then a situation like yours appears.
Secondly , the wisdom tooth is formed of the same tissues as your other teeth .So you need not worry and if you have any problems chewing ,consult your dentist and he/she will give you some medicines to heal the inflammation.

Wisdom teeth usually appear in your teens; if your that age that could be it. Count your teeth, there are 16 on the top and 16 on the bottom if they are all in. You could always call a dentist and ask.
