Oh what a wonderful morning. The sun is now just rising and I am sitting out on the porch watch the deer feed as I have a big cup of Mango juice and a nice fresh English muffin! Nothing finer than a nice quite Sunday morning at the ranch.

Right at this moment, as it's a beautiful sunny Sunday and my hubby's off work, I'd love breakfast out.
I'd order smoked salmon eggs benedict, homefries & fresh fruit on the side, and a coffee. Or maybe even a latte!
Ah, it's nice to dream...
Instead it'll be rushing around to get the baby fed & dressed, then pile in the car and if I'm lucky a breakfast sandwich and a coffee from Tim Horton's on the way up to my in-laws place...(AKA "hell-on-earth")

I'm really torn...I made a batch of muffins this morning and they smell heavenly, BUT, I keep thinking about that spaghetti I made last night and craving more of it! Maybe I'll have some of both! LOL

thick sliced baked virginia ham, fried in a cast iron skillet with 3 eggs on top w/ a 1 quart cup of strong black coffee and a pint of orange juice [a couple or three homade buscuits w/butter would be nice too]
