The only things which will get you into med school are excellent grades in HS, college, and a high score on the Med. College Admissions Test [MCAT].

To be honest with you, it doesn't matter what job you get when you first start working- as long as you do your job diligently, communicate well with others, be respectful and friendly, honest then your manager/ owner of that business will give you a good reference for any future jobs you may wish to pursue [my family own a lot of stores & pharmacies].
But in the case that you do want to work in a pharmacy then some pharmacies do take on staff with no experience- however, it is very unlikely/ difficult to get a job in a pharmacy at your age unless you know someone who maybe able to put in a good word for you.
The best thing to do is put in a good effort in making your cv- i.e. it looks good, isn't overloaded with info, and is honest. Also, hand in the cv in person to the store manager as it gives the impression you'd reallly like the job rather than just posting it in.
Hope that helps you, and best of luck in your future studies and career.

I'm in the UK and I had a friend who worked in a local pharmacy at about 17. The pharmacist was lovely and was teaching her all he could in preparation for her going to uni for medicine or pharmacy. But yes, mostly it seems to be that you need excellent grades in the right subjects!

Many states and pharmacies do not allow you to work in the physical pharmacy until you have a high school diploma or are 18. You can work in the front of store, though.
