Sliced strawberries are delicious when mixed with a little icing (confectioners) sugar an hour or so before serving with freshly whipped cream.
They can be marinated in Grand Marnier for a special occasion.
They also make a delightful addition to a garden salad, or you can add pureed strawberries to your favourite salad dressing!
Nothing better than a fresh sponge cake with fresh cream and strawberries. Dip them in melted chocolate and refrigerate for an after dinner treat.

INGREDIENTS:
* 1/2 cup sliced fresh strawberries
* 1 tablespoon sugar or use sugar substitute
* 1 cup lemon yogurt (8 ounces)
* 3/4 cup milk
* fresh strawberries for garnish if desired
PREPARATION:
Blend strawberries and sugar in blender until mashed; add yogurt and milk. Blend just until foamy. Garnish with fresh strawberries, if desired. Serve immediately.
Makes 2 servings, about 8 ounces each.

i'd say with chocolate. it's so much more romantic that way. but second best is strawberry with ice-cream or cream on top of pancakes.

Strawberries are the best when dipped in chocolate! Or in a fruit salad with kiwi and peaches. Yum!!

buy pk ready made flakky pastry roll out thin.cut into5=7cm slies wide an short across fold in either side so resmble love heart flatten wiv palm cook for 10-15mins on 160 take out cool.then put some strawbs an icin suger in blender cool pastry place on plate then dist wiv icn sugar then pour some of the sauce on an at side of plate place some sliced tsraws or make pastry bigger put one at bot plate then squirty cream then sliced strwbs then put top on then pour sauce on sprinkle wiv icin suagr ad sliced strawbs yum

My favourite snack is the low-fat strawberry yoghurt! I can't get enough of them. And I'm a sucker for strawberry ice-blended smoothie!
