Drink plenty of water and get lots of sleep, preferably early nights. A good cover stick will suffice in the meantime.

Vitamins B6 and B12 and AD combination... Drink a lots of water, 1-2 cups green tea a day...Try also with cosmetics AVON Anew Alternative - intensive eye cream...it really helps. Some cover stick helps just as camouflage, it's o.k. as a make up, but the cure is more important...
Good luck!

change diet. less meats, no junk foods, no sodas, eat more fresh veggies, more fresh fruits, drink organic fruit juices, drink 6 to 8 bottles of pure water every day. Walk two miles every day after school or work. Do this forever. At the end of 30 days you will not believe(but you will believe) the changes over your body internally as well as externally. More energy, more stamina, more all-around vitality, more mental power. You will stay young-looking and healthy while all your friends are getting gray or white hair and their skin is wrinkling. You will remain healthy and vibrantly beautiful well into your 70's.

dark areas around to eyes can be normal in some people.
they can also be a sign of allergy and hay fever, or sleep apnoea (stop breathing in your sleep).
i'd suggest you see your doctor to discuss the possibility of allergy or sleep apnoea.
cheers.

I have the same problem. I'm applying Vit K oxyde (Cernor XO)
But its taking long time to resolve.
Well you can cover the area with concealer while you are treating.
