I agree with gamerunner, though not for the same reasons! When you see the sun rise it reminds you of all the possibilities of a new day. One more chance to make a difference, one more chance to say i love you. I have more energy in the morning than any other time of the day so one more chance to do the LAUNDRY!!!!!

For me it has always been the morning, usually as the sun breaks the horizon and I see light erasing the darkness. Well, I think it has to do with things that happened overseas 38 years ago, reaching daylight meant you had a fighting chance of making it to another scary night.

The best time of the day has to be pre-sunset,
as in the time for introspection, the time to recall all things we didnt respond to during the day, time to create suspense
