Halloween is a pagan festival which originated in Ireland to, the Christian festival, All Saints Day originates from this, so no I don't think it is.

Enjoy the day. As I have become older in years the day gets more and more fun. There is nothing better than scaring the heck out of my 7 year-old, decorating the house and yard with ghoulish figures and so on.

Even if the roots of the day are somewhat dark, it sure is fun. I would suggest that the day is not contrary to anything religious. The only time this would cross the line is if the devil and demons or anything with hell was celebrated. However, if you are celebrating the fun and keeping the spirit light, so what!

some years in the past Halloween became no longer stated as Halloween. It became stated as Samhain (stated sow wen) It became the pagan new year, a party of the tip of a harvest and the returning of kinfolk from the after existence. As all of us be attentive to Christians have been evasive returned interior the day. and because Christians concept that pagans have been evil they took this present day from pagans and named all of it saints day, It became then replaced to all hollows eve and eventually Halloween. Why some Christians are against the day, i do no longer be attentive to for pagans have been killed and close out for this present day.

No, it is just harmless fun. It seems to be a United States holiday. Some Christians feel it is against their belief but it varies from Christian to Christian.

If you enjoy it it by all means don't let the opinions of others keep you from your fun.

It doesn't seem to have enhanced your grammar or communication skills. I'd give it a rest and start learning something useful.
