This morning I'm going to feed and walk the dogs, attend church, and hang out with my husband and children. Hopefully the afternoon will see the week's laundry done and a few meals prepared ahead for the week. This evening we are meeting a group of friends for Bible study and to enjoy dinner together.
I worked in a Trauma 1 OR for years on the weekends with two 16 hour shifts and an 8 hour shift. More power to you! Thanks for being available since illness and injury don't take the weekends and holidays off!

Then don't do the Unitarians. Or the Unity churches. They can get into that huggy thing. Try the Episcopalians instead. The most the Episcopalians will ask of you is to shake hands and say "Peace of Christ to you." That's about it. No hugging unless you really mean it. And...most are completely nonevangelical. In fact, they're very like a Roman Catholic mass, only 30% less guilt.

Your life sounds awful! But at least you can be on YA at work.
Drive carefully! I am taking my dad somewhere (a couple of hours away) and then picking up a friend at an airport (also a couple of hours away) so I am going to be spending lots of time in the car. And I only had four hours of sleep too.
Time for coffee. Sigh....
