In the Eucharist we possess Jesus Himself, Risen Christ, Who comes among us as our "Bread of Life" in order to strengthen us to live our Christian way of life. Our Holy Father has designated the months ahead until October, 2005 as a Eucharistic Year in which the theme is "The Eucharist, Sum and Source of our Christian Life and Mission". The Pope invites us to find in the Eucharistic Sacrifice of the Mass the model and means of living our daily Christian lives, particularly in our concern for the needy brothers and sisters in our midst. In our efforts to build peace in our communities, we have Christ Himself in the Eucharist to unite us and strengthen us on our way.

The Eucharist is an idol Catholics worship. They believe that every week Christ returns in corporeal form transmuting himself into their eucharist, which Catholics then murder in their "sacrifice of the mass", recrucifying Christ week after week, and they admit to the murder saying "accept this offering made by our hands".
Catholics has lots of anti-Biblical occultic practices associated with it.
The communion supper which Christ instituted was simply to be a remembrance and not a sacrament. This is one of many ways in which Catholicism has introduced legalism into Christianity - making salvation contingent upon a ritual.

To begin my day with our Lord through the Eucharist is to be able to live rather than merely to survive and exist. Rocks exist. Plants survive. I want MORE! And Christ gives me the most with the gift of Himself.

By inviting Him into our hearts and souls we acknowledge His life and works opening the door to possibilities beyond our imagination, to live a holy life, pure and with meaning. Nothing happens by chance. A little bit of heaven, I'd say, in this dreary and puzzling world.
