She will be fine, once you have given your dog the frontline, they often sit there cleaning themselves, licking there fur with no ill effect! In fact my dog ate a packet about a year ago, and i mean ate it completely, it didn't hurt him at all, so don't worry she will be fine!
I would worry about the cost though, frontline is isn't cheap, if she is going to go on eating it, it's going to get expensive!!

It's actually pretty safe stuff, depending on how much she ingested she should be OK. However, every animal is different and all react differently to different things, so if you notice ANY unusual symptoms, don't come on here, call a vet.

It's not an unreasonable thing to say 'quick go to the vets' - because this is what you're supposed to do when worried about an animal. You can NOT rely on advice from a bunch of strangers on the internet. What if we all said 'it'll be fine' and then your dog died? Don't learn the hard way - you get some really awful and dangerous advice on here sometimes. Only yesterday someone recommended spitting chewing tobacco into a cat's mouth to prevent worms.

Quick, get to the vets!
If it was a child who might have swallowed something poisonous you wouldn't be posting a Qu. on Yahoo Answers, and it's the same with your dog! Get medical advice quickly, even if the vet says your dog is fine. Better to be safe than sorry!

when my dog ate some pills the vet told me to give her a teaspoon of very salty water until she threw up... I dont want to tell you thats what you should do though but maybe if you call a vet they can tell you what to do over the phone like mine did.. or they may tell you she'll be fine ..

Like a few others have said it goes on their coats and often dogs lick themselves and ingest small amounts anyway, so it is probably pretty harmless. I would keep an eye on her though, just to be on the safe side.

Since she has not eaten it, the dog can't be bad . Also if the dog is drinking , it is a good sign that it would get better. The dog will be ok. I am sure of that. Good luck

if its absorbed through the skin then its in her body anyway. they do lick their fur after its been put on so again, ingested small amount. if theres alot on the floor, then chances are she ate very little. missing the lable from my package so cant help you there :( but I would keep an eye on her and if you notice anything unusual, take her in or call. prolly best to wake her every once in a while if shes sleeping.

I am not an expert, but I would think she was fine... if she HAD ingested it I am sure she would be "distressed" as that stuff is probably toxic and potent... it probably would have "stung" or "burnt" her mouth... So you can probably assume she DID NOT eat any of it.

Is she drinking water still? And acting OK and normal?
What does it say to do if it is ingested?

She'll be fine. Flea treatment goes onto the coat, and dogs lick their coats so she'll ingest some anyway. Don't worry.

Just keep a good eye on her. If she starts acting sick, lethargic or different than normal call your vet. I would imagine she didn't ingest much, so I wouldn't stress out too much yet! Good luck and best wishes!
