I want to get the right equal word for “fulfillment” in Latin language. “Fulfill” in a sense that you desire to reach something or do something, maybe an ideal one.

Hmm, I used the site I always use:

There was nothing for "fulfillment". There are words for "fulfill": praesto presto, exsequor.

fulfilment has many synonyms; for example,
1.completion= consummatio, peractio
2.close=propinquus, termino, claudo (clausus), propter.
3.termination=terminatio

Consummatio.
means exactly what you intend to: finishing, comletion, consummation
Consummare,(verb - infinitive) means 'to fulfil', to complete, to finish.
