for catholicism and Christianity it is usually wine so, "alcohol"

and for the Rastafarian it is the cannabis sativa plant
praise Jah "marijuana"

do you know of any other mind altering substances instituted in any of the other religions?

what about Buddhism?

Your question is not really answerable - without a lot of work.

Roman Catholics have seven sacraments. One involves wine.

Most protestant religions recognize 2 - baptism and taking communion ( wine) but many of them use grape juice instead.

Some Native American Indians use or used combinations of smoking or eating hallucinogens, but this is not common.

To answer your question requires knowing ALL the holy sacraments of ALL religions and their variants, and the different ways they are practiced (like sometimes wine, sometimes grape juice.)

There are probably college professors of Religion who could give you almost complete answers.

Catholicism is not true christian relgiion because in a true religion, there is no such as holy sacrament. It is not biblical.
