If your high blood pressure can simply be reduced by proper eating and medication. Like reading in good light and wearing glasses.

Absolutely not and it is not hereditary as someone has suggested. It can be but not always. I have high bp and my family have a history of low bp. A normal blood pressure reading is 120/70. If your bp is high you need to see a Dr who will help you get it under control.

No, and it is not strictly hereditory either.. you can have a tendancy toward high blood pressure, but usually diet and over all health are it's greatest causes.
