or the light in the corner??
well smooth face you can buy programs to edit blemishes, spots, etc
or the light this could be done with photoshop or another good editing program

Diss is a hard effect to produce. Some recommend a straight diss filter. I prefer a graduated diss filter. A warming diss filter is also effective. If you want to truly bring out proper diss a polarized diss filter is the way to go, but they are expensive.
