ok, me and this guy we like each other.we hardly talk in class n only see each other once a week. so we havent spoken/texted for 5 weeks. since our exams are coming up and classes are ending, i thought i texted him to ask him how he was doing and between texts, casually mention that we should hang out.

after he replied asking me how i was, i replied the necessary and mentioned that we should hang out since classes are ending.i ended with somethin else.and he didnt reply!! ok i know the exams are really important (GCSE A levels),but since a girl you like is texting you why wouldnt you reply?!

he doesnt get like that when he doesnt have exams.he once texted me and i didnt reply, he texted me again asking if i did. is he just

busy? scared off by the hang-out thing? or thinking i know he likes me and doesnt have to put in effort?or what!?

dont tell me he's not interested cos he most certainly is.if he isnt why would he bother changing his bus route for mine, staring at me all the time in class, confiding, making to ask for my number, telling me stories.he's pretty quiet around me and avoids any physical contact.

he once told me his phone is pretty screwed. and i only text him once a mth cos we dont have a chance to talk. he once texted to tell me good night and wish me luck for exams.

Maybe he didn't get your text , maybe his phones broken and he can't reply . try texting again , Just wishing him luck with his exams and hoping you can meet upu when they are all over. Why not buy a good luck card and discretely slip into his pocket or just hand it to hom in passing . Dont be put off if he is not as responsive or as approachable as you want him to be , he has a lot on his mind with exams and stuff and maybe he's under pressure from his parents to do well too so don't keep hassling him just play it cool for a bit and text occasionally - above all don't appear too desparate or pushy , once the exams are over se how he reacts then - good luck

You are asking questions about a situation we know nothing about.
In order for anybody to answer with any meaning you would have to describe the situation accurately.

Why then do you neglect any punctuation?
Why dont you bother with capital letters and full stops?

There is no excuse. It's very easy to include punctution on a computor keyboard.

You say you are doing "A" levels. Don't the examiners require punctation anymore?

One of the essential skills you must learn in life is how to express yourself.

If you are going to do this in writing then you need to know that proper punctuation is essential.

You just make yourself appear ltoo lazy to write properly.

If I were you I'd try talking to him.
Your texting style makes you appear a complete bimbo.
I know that that might not be true, it is nevertheless how you appear due to the way you write.

Punctuation is important.

well, I hope you're right, some people have that disorder erotomania where they are deluded someone is in love and doing things for them

but this may not be you.
are u sure he got that text or he wasn't absentminded and forgot to reply
my b/f is a stoner and does stuff like that a lot and we be together 3 years or so

u should go up to him and ask him why, no more dilly-dallying here. Just ask if he got your message and what was his malfunction?!

Is he shy? Anyways, ask if him in person to hang out or call on the telly/cell.

*Do his parents/friends stand in his way of girls?

Do you not think he has got his eys on another girl.It seems ok for you to drop him off when you didnt need him as he may now have pulled another fish out off the sea and dosent want to hurt her.

im guessing he is placing his exams before you, which in a way he should take his studies seriously. Just forgive him. After all, he is taking an exam.

Let me tell you one little fact : NOT ALL TEXT MESSAGES REACH THEIR DESTINATION!!!!!

I'm not saying thats the case here, but if he hasn't replied don't start bombarding him with messages, and play it cool when school restarts.
