I'm looking forward to attend concerts by Elvis, John Lennon, Jimi Hendrix, James Brown, Kurt Cobain, George Harrison, Selena, Tupac and a whole load of others.
Wanna join? It's gonna be a real big party!

No, reality doesn't change just because we wish it were different. Also, truth doesn't become untruth just because you've been told that everything is relative.
I believe that there is an afterlife and I believe that I am going to heaven to be with my Lord. However, I concede that if there is no afterlife then I will fade into the nothingness that waits for everyone else. Only one of these options is true though. We will exist in heaven or hell or we will become nothing, we will not do both.
The same goes for all the religions on the earth, and that includes atheism. Since they all have claims that do not agree with other claims by other religions, it is obvious that only one of them can be correct. On top of that God, if He exists and He is not crazy, will not create more than one way to Himself. If He did He would be illogical and deceitful and therefore not be God. The thing that makes God God is that He is perfect in all His ways which means he cannot lie, deceive, or misdirect people in their relationship with Him.
I believe that Jesus is God, died and rose again on the third day, and has paid the penalty for our sins. If God is perfect then He is also perfect love, which means that He loves us enough to want us to be with Him. He didn't create us just so we would wind up in hell. If you believe He is who He says He is, admit that you have not lived up to His standards (sinned), and ask Him to accept you as one of His own, He will and you will be assured of your presence in heaven with Him. If you don't then you choose to go your own way and that way has only one end--and it is eternal separation from God.
That separation, believe me, does not include any partying whatsoever.

I kinda of believed this, or I used to. That heaven or hell is what you thought would actually happen when you die.EX if you believe that heaven would be to spend eternity with the one you loved when you were both first in love then that is how it would be, or if hell would be watching your friend kill himself over and over again for eternity then that would be your personal hell.I also believed that if you thought you were going one place or the other that would probably happen to.My old beliefs now I just think we die or are reincarnated.

No.
In life, just thinking about something does not affect it.
There is no reason to think that there is something magical about death that would allow all known laws of our universe to change.
It's a pretty sweet idea, though.
And, in case you were interested, death itself really isn't scary. The emotional, scary part is that we don't have any more time to do things, to see people, etc. As a paramedic for 20 years and someone who has had some serious health problems myself, I can tell you that without exception, those who get close or actually do die due to medical problems (as opposed to trauma), have all passed peacefully.

Sounds like the movie What Dreams May Come... you make your own afterlife with your thoughts. It's an interesting idea.
I don't believe in things for which there are no evidence, including an afterlife, though.

I t is not possible to think any thing other that Jesus, is the only way. There are going to be some Christians that believe with their lips but their heart is far from God.

Many religious claims are mutually exclusive.
Granted, what you said could be true, but you'd have to throw logic out the window to believe it.

That means that everybody would have their own personal afterlife. How likely is that?

Hard to answer a question about death since the dead don't speak in order to reveal what becomes of them.
