baggage is usually about 20kg, just check your airlines site it will tell you there.

How much depends on your airline and the kind of ticket with some.
So best go to the website of the airline you use, and see there.
Hand luggage is mostly one bag, sometimes the dimensions are given, sometimes weight, sometimes both.
With some airlines you may also bring a handbag or lap-top bag, with others those would count at your carry on and you would have to check all else in.
And remember that you go not only have to put it in the plane, you will also have to lug it around to and from the airport and in your hotel. Most people who take as much as their baggage allowance never use half the clothes they take.
