Three are plenty of restrooms around Australia that has shower facilities.
Public pools for instance. Some are free, some you may have to throw in a couple dollars.
Then at the beaches there are outdoor showers if you don't mind it cold - keep your clothes on though, as these showers are mainly for rinsing off after swimming in the sea - you don't want to scare the kids. Also of course, camping grounds.

There are many roadhouses (service or petrol stations) that offer showers for hire. The cost will vary from place to place of course but I have seen them for around $5 in Western Australia. Have a great trip!!!

In Australia one usually can take a shower in a bathroom, outdoor site or local council pond.

Cost depends on where you are and how you go about showering.

If you are stopping at motels, hotels or camping grounds, they all come with showers. Many camping grounds will let you shower there without having to stay there but there will be a small charge.

just rock up to someones front door. If you look filthy enough Im sure they'll be kind and let you have a nice hot shower. I dont reckon there would be any cost, depends on where your from, they may love your company and not charge.
Its the Australian spirit and on our coat of arms to give nice showers to total strangers and tourists in despair.
