I heard that we can classify the plant and vegetable to Atype, Btype, O type and AB type. How do we do that?
Is there any special word for that?

Those are blood types. Where did you hear plants being classified that way? In blood typing it is based on which kinds will clot which other types, making transfusions possible or not.
