my favorite move would have to be a corkskrew. in capoeira when some one goes to sweep you from your feet one way to avoid it is while they are going down swing one of your legs a diagonal motion across your body and jump and turn in a 360 motion making sure that your body is totly horizontal from the floor and then landing and preparing for your naext attack

different than for Miz's cranium Crushing Finale.... i like the pass the place he throws the opponent into the corner.... runs and does his leaping closeline... the place his legs bypass to a minimum of one area, threw the ropes... I in basic terms think of thats very unique and fairly cool concept. WSQ: i don't possibly have a view... I in basic terms get at right here and answer some questions right here and there. i'd desire to care much less some TC badge... WS is fairly cool.

I hate fancy and weak moves, I give a punch straight to the nose !!!
I agree with the knee kick to face than the 540 kick which does not do much damage !!!!!!

if you have A favorite move, it means your training is shallow. It doesn't capture the true essence of martial arts.

When you learn MA, you are taking something and making it "one" with your own nature.

This is done through repetition. You repeat ALL of the movements (forms, kata) and they become instinct.

When something becomes instinct, you don't have to think about what you are going to do in the event of an attack because your "nature" already knows.

I don't have to worry about how to defend against any particular type of attack. My body already knows what to do.

If you have to think about it, you already lose. If you just repeat one technique, you only have one.

I have ALL the techniques of the Kata I practice.

You miss the whole point of martial arts.

I get a lot of "thumbs down" for speaking the truth. There is no one here that can dispute my answers and prove me incorrect.

You just continue to believe that MA are a group of "moves" used in fighting.

You come here for answers but when you get a correct answer, it doesn't fit your agenda and your ego.

That's sad.

my favourite move is a uraken (not sure on the spelling), it is kind of like a side punch to the head using your two biggest knuckles. or a move where you grab the head or shoulders and knee them in the head or stomach.
