My brother just brought his PS3 over and we tryed hooking it up to play it on my t.v. My t.v. isn't HD but, his is. Could that be the problem? Nothing comes up on the t.v. screen when we try to turn it on. Can someone help please

yeah you have to change the setting before, its not too hard to find them while with the blank/fuzzy screen but i dont know where it is now (not by ps3 now)

When you hook it up to a different TV, turn it on and let it power up, then hold the reset button on the front until it beeps. That will restore the ps3 to manufacturers settings.

hold the power button for 5 seconds and then it will automatically reset so it works on your tv..
