Perhaps perhaps not. FM signals travel in a straight line. They do not bounce off things as much as AM signals. If your reception is poor it may be due to you living in a valley that is too low below the signal or a mountain that is too high above the signal. In which case, two or more antenna will do you little good. If, on the other hand you simply live too far from the transmitter and only receive weak and degraded signals, multiple antenna may help somewhat. If you live in a low lying area a higher antenna is required.

If you want only the FM stations on your reciever (aka...radio, deck, or head unit) try an FM booster. I know Radio Shack has sold it in the past. My dad hooked it up to his head unit in his jeep, and it works better then without it. It is worth a try, and besides, it is fairly cheap.

in a perfect world the answer would be no. but since this is far from perfect then conceptually yes. two antennas will give u a better coverage radius and more clarity. think about 2 spot lights shinning on the wall.

No.
Get the best quality one for the best reception.
You can always put a dummy one up if you want it to look good.
