If they don't have caffeine, they are likely to have ginseng. Both of these chemicals work about the same in your body because they are very similar on the molecular level. If you are prohibited from using caffeine for medical reasons, you should probably stay away from all energy drinks.

Fruit juice (grape, orange, etc.). There really is no substitute to getting enough sleep. If all it took was a magic energy drink it would be a great world.
