THE PERSON WHO HIT ME IS UNIT1. the driver female blew a stop sign as i proceeded to cross a small street as she was trying to turn right on to a big street. She saw me trying to cross and hit me anyways and blew the stop sign. she had the nerve to ask me why didnt i stop when i have the right of way and when she didnt even stop for the stop sign. ANYWAYS WHAT DOES UNIT 2 MEAN. THE POLICE TOTALLY TOOK HER SIDE AND THEY HAVE ME AS UNIT2? SHE MIGHT EVEN HAVE BEEN INTOXICATED OR HIGH AND THEY DIDNT EVEN TEST HER FOR IT. I WAS TOO BUSY BEING STRAPPED INTO AN AMBULANCE. MY WHOLE BODY HUSRTS AND IM ON CRUTCHES AND NECK BRACE.

Unit # 1 is the striking vehicle. You are unit # 2.

Of course, I do not know who was right and who was wrong (and if you do not agree with the police report, you can fight it in court.)
As for Unit 1 and Unit 2, it's just designation of parties involved. It has no spacial meaning. Instead of using your and the driver's names, the report calls you "Units."
If there was an accident with 4 parties involved, they would be Unit 1, Unit 2, Unit 3 and Unit 4 (if 10 parties involved, then Units 1 through 10 and so on.)

It might mean that since she was the more responsible party(as in the one who was in the wrong), she might have been labeled as Unit 1. Or they just picked the bigger vehicle as the main party. You can call the police station and have them explain the report and why do they think you are in the wrong when you had the right of way and she blew the sign. Also see a personal injury lawyer about suing her. Good Luck!!

It simply means there were two units (vehicles) involved in the accident. She and her car is Unit 1 and you and your bike is Unit 2. It means nothing more. If there had been a third vehicle involved, it would have been Unit 3.

you're meant to get an coverage card from the guy that hit you. I advise you touch the guy and ask for their information, in the event that they do no longer prefer to grant it to then you definitely you fairly can consult from the police....is the coverage huge type on the checklist? if so you ought to easily call a state farm place of work and that they'll direct you to the claims branch.

The Officer does his report and from the initial investigation.....he will list who he thinks is at fault as D-1........victim's or drivers with less fault are listed as D-2, D-3 and so on

It is just to identify one from another. Did they do a diagram and point of impact? Then they would probably use it in diagram. If you didn't have a ticket on the scene then your OK.
