I don't know where you live, but around here we can only have the covers put on by a vet. My vet recommends it instead of de -clawing because de-clawing leaves the cat defenseless if they ever get outside. However, they have to be changed as the claws grow.

Soft claws. They are at most pet stores.
I used to see them in ads in cool colors, but all I see now are clear.
I use Gorilla glue, not superglue.

they're called soft paws and you can get them at your local animal shelter. you might also be able to find them at an actual pet store instead of walmart or something, they normally don't carry them.

Must pet suppliers (Petco, Petsmart, etc.) carry them. They are called nail caps.

Soft Paws. If you are in the US, you can get them at Petsmart. Or your vet may have them.

I have heard they don't work. I can see why. It would never stay on a cat's paws.

They're called softpaws. Here's their website:
http://www.softpaws.com/
You can apply them yourself, or some vets carry them and will apply them for you.
