I want a gothy name for a kitten i'm getting for my birthday, i've already decided a girl name and a boy name (not sure of the gender im getting yet), but i wanted an androgynous option too. So it's out of Fallen and Malice.
Which in your opinion sounds better? I like both but i wanted to hear your views aswell.
Thanks =]

I think malice is a much better name. Malice is better than fallen because fallen is used more as a word and not a name. Fallen could work if you really like Evanescence(one of her Cd's is called fallen), but my personal opinion would be Malice. If you change your mind, i think i would call my goth cat Raven, or entity. Something deep and sort of scary. I think it depends what the characteristics of your cat are, though. My cat is a calico, so we called her Kally 'cause it sort of rhymes. The cat's name should probably go with the cat's personality, but if your certain you want one of these two names, go for Malice. Oh, by the way, happy birthday!!( P.S, Don't listen to the people that said Malice sounds like mice, it sounds more gothic and deep. More than "girly" and "mouse like"!)

I'd hate to be the kitten that got stuck with the name Malice. gothy or not. If you really like it I'd twist it into something like Malik(maaleek) which means "King" in Arabic. But I guess between the two Fallen is better.

I'm into some gothic stuff but I'd probably go with something like Raven or Crow for a cat or if he's black I'd go with maybe Pitch (as in pitch-black).

But if I were you I'd wait until you get the kitten and see what better fits his or her personality.

I had a cat named Chester.... He became relatively small and had somewhat black spot under his nostril that gave the effect of a million/2 a bushy mustache... He have been given in a great form of fights with different cats, yet we stated as him a million/2 a Hitler. i might pass with Hitler, no longer that i'm keen on the easily individual!

Fallen as in a fallen angel, because you will be given an angel to have in every day of your life. Happy birthday and remember every year on that day what a precious gift you were given.

I like Fallen, Malice makes me think of mice. Cat's need warrior names, not mousy names.

Fallen (as in Fallen Angel?) is a great name for a cat. I hope you have many years of love and companionship with your new pet.
