When you stand up from sitting position, take your arms to the back and touch your hands together...it will feel like
you are stretching. It should be easier to remember to do
this and it will make you feel better and put you in the
right position. When you think of this while standing,
do the same thing. It may hurt to begin with since your
back isn't used to the muscles doing this, but after a
little while it will be normal to hold your shoulders back.
Good habits or bad habits are formed by repeating it,
especially when you normally would do it unconsciously. .

The only things I can think of are to just really work hard at remembering to stand up straight and maybe enlisting the help of the people you are around every day (ask them if they'd mind reminding you if they notice you slouching). Good luck :)

I was amazed, but after I started Windsor pilates for a few days (with the exercise ring) I found myself sitting up and throwing my shoulders back, and I was a bad sloucher, too. It totally turned my posture around. Try it!

Force your self to stand and walk w/good posture!! It'll hurt, (but you're already hurting)! In just a short time you will begin to feel the effects of good posture. Strengthen your stomach&back muscles, loss fome exta wieght!!
