I just read somewhere, said oral drug administration should be avoided if patient has bowel inflamation. Could someone help me, I really don't know why?

Inflammation of bowel prevents absorption of anything including drugs.

Not sure about that one but, I too have bowel problems and hemorrhoids from staying on the toilet too long and sometimes blood comes out but, I've never had any problems with taking Pepto or similar stuff to reduce painful bowel movements. Still, probably best that you ask your doctor or a pharmacist before you try anything.
