Fried take raw chiken,dip in egg,then a mixture of flour,bread crumbs,galic and peper,like shake and bake,then get oil,use Canola oil in a skillet,get oil good and hot at medium heat,carfully set chiken in the pan and fry it on one side for 6minutes,turn and do the same,then turn again,repete this for 15 min.

You can oven-fry your chicken and still have it good for you. Oprah had a recipe I think where she took the skin off, coated the chicken with yogurt and dipped in seasoned bread crumbs, drizzled it with a little oil and baked it. Very tender. So roasted is definitely healthier.

Well if you want your arteries full of fat and 90 percent blocked by the time you're 30 keep going for that fried crap. Sure it tastes good but remember, all that tastes good usually kills you. Go for roasted and use seasonings instead.
