ac is cold, but not coming thru vents.........if car is going over 45mph air barely comes out. Not sure what to replace

front blower motor is shot.

You can start out by checking the fuses. If you still have the owner's manual, it will tell you where the fuse box is located and which fuse corresponds to the blower. Then you remove it and visually inspect. A bad fuse has a broken/blown wire inside.

Hey you said it ... it's a Ford. Replace the front blower motor.
Personally if I have questions about my car, I take it to my mechanic.
