yes.u get only fm n am audio though.

If I'm getting the question, I think you want to run a tv with cable hook up through the receiver to get surround sound...

If that is indeed the question, yes you can. You will have to run it from the tv, into the receiver... For best results, consult your manual for hook up diagrams....
