My parents won't let me have a second piercing in my ears, but I REALLY want them. Any opinions or suggestions are accepted. I'll choose the one that convinces my parents to let me have the second piercing.

Well I have a second piercing, its right behind the one in the lower part of my lobe (the part without the cartilege). Tell them that it is no big deal, and that no earring is permanent. I would personally try to talk your mom into it, i know my mom would probably be more likely to give in than my dad. Be persuasive and point out the positives that can come from having a double piercing, such as wearing both hoops and diamond studs, which look so cute I think.
Make sure you don't pester your parents too much about it, because if you do, they will get sick of hearing you talk about it. Try talking to them about it when they are in a good mood or bring it up at dinner. Mention it as though it is a side thought and not something you planned on saying. Good luck!

Well, then mine won't be picked.........
Consider the viewpoint that this is a permanent disfiguring hole.
Consider your own view when, 20 to 30 years from now when you'd give anything to NOT have more than one hole in each ear.
If you do get a second piercing, wait until you're an adult. You may have a different viewpoint on making permanent decisions.

Don't bother if you want to go into the medical field. There, they barely let you have single piercings.

Why do you want to make permanent wholes in your body. Maybe they believe the way I do.
Putting permanent wholes in your body is ugly. You will realize this later.
If they think like this, and the way I think, they will never agree.
I do not see why pretty girls want to destroy their looks.
We only have our looks once. Once we destroy them they are gone forever.
