When the real beneficiaries are American companies.
Did the USA really spend those billions of dollars to help Iraqi people? Before the war the UN did not support the war. Millions of people around the world protested the war. What was it that convinced the Americans so strongly about the need to go to war? I am sure the Iraqis did not want to be invaded. If the Americans really want to help Iraqi people why not offer them all American Citizenship? America can easily accomodate 25 million people.

Having some radicals on American soil would not be good.

This war does not benifit Iraq, at least not until US leaves and they get back their oil or else they are worse off.

The only ones in Iraq who spoke out against the war was the radical leaders and leaders of the tribes. They were happy with the corruption of thie own nation, because they could benifet from it. It left them free to play hands with the top politicals and left them as a "gang" power in the diffrent provinces,

The vast majority of their nation, the ones who wanted peace were to scared for their own families to say anything against Saddam or the powered leaders of their provinces.

So when you say they didn't want to be invaded... you are speaking for those crooks and power hungry tribes (gangs) who were happy with corruption.

Since when is having your house blown up something to be grateful for?
Half the population of Iraq was starving when you invaded and who put in the sanctions?
Who bombed there pharmaceutical plants as "duel use" technology? Heck a fork is "duel use!"
As for any idea of being greeted as liberators, if the press passed out flags for you to wave as an Abrams tank rolled past, would you dare give the gunner the finger as he sits behind his MG?
Of course it is insulting. Baghdad is the cradle of civilization. They invented our number system and celestial navigation and we bomb them back into the Stone Age: "for their own good"

No, 20 years from now it will have been worth the sacrifices. Sadam did to Iraq what Castro does to Cuba.

I think it's insulting that you're doing the same thing you accuse the US of. Speaking on behalf of The Iraqis. Maybe we should let them decide for themselves if they're being insulted.
