Vegans eat fruit so a nice fruit bowl. You could have a sauce for the fruit if you want but not necessary.

Or, just a tray of fruit and a nice fruit dip. Here's the recipe for the dip:

FRUIT DIP

1 (7 oz) jar of marshmallow creme
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tsp vanilla

Mix together and serve with fruit.

1 box any shaped noodles, cooked, not rinsed
1 bag cauliflower, carrot and broccoli mix, chopped
1 jar italian dressing

Make noodles, mix in the rest and chill for at least 4 hours before you take it.....this is a HIT. I swear.

#2...

Get a big loave of french or italian bread...cut in half...

layer this...

guacamole, provolone cheese, sprouts, mayo, tomatos, cucumbers, red onions, salt and pepper, lettuce.

Cut into bite size pieces.

#3...

2 cans black beans with juice
1/2 brick cream cheese
1 medium container sour cream
3 tablespoons hot sauce
1 table spoon garlic powder
1 table spoon onion salt
3 green onions chopped
12 inch tortillas
salsa
sliced jack cheese

put the first 7 ingredients into a food processor and process smooth...taste and adjust...

spread onto tortillas and layer with cheese, roll up and wrap tight....put in fridge for at least 4 hours...cut into 1 inch pieces and serve with salsa...YUMMMMMMMM

Hope this helped.

How about a couscous salad with fresh veggies in it. There's no dressing so you don't have to worry about anyone getting food poisoning too. Here's a recipe for you:

I'd take fresh veggies and dip. Take a salad and don't put the dressing on it until right before it is eaten.
