The other answerers already gave you a literal translation, however as is sometimes the case, some things are said differently. The most common way I've always heard it said is, "¿Le traigo la cuenta?" which in English [basically] means, "Would you like me to/shall I bring you the check?

if it is in a restaurant they may say to you would you like the check.... which means le gustarÃa la cuenta... you could also ask for it la cuenta por favor... the check please..
