At 15, no, not really. You can take an entry level job somewhere, and eventually get to someplace slightly better.
For example, if you start waiting tables or being a short-order cook, you might move on to dressing plates or something with some creativity. Sometimes you can be creative, but you won't be able to make any desisions for a business at 15.
For myself, I started working at a small garden store doing simple, mind-numbing jobs like watering plants. After a while they'll let you transplant, and then help make custom baskets... stuff like that.
At this age, try to find a job you might like, working in a pet store, babysitting, waiting tables ( at least that involves some diplomacy in working with customers), and so on. (Yes, I have met someone that enjoys waiting on tables)
Sales involves some thought. You have to learn all about the product and figure out how to make it look good.
If you like building things, you could find something at a woodworking shop, or at least being around something you like. That's the best alternative. Take the attitude that you want to learn, not assuming that you already know.

At 15 your best bet is to just try to get into the ground floor (like mail room or something) at a place that you would actually be interested in working at. As they see your motivation and thinking ability applied to even the basic ideas they may be willing to give you a chance at something else.

Then build myspace or utube pages for people .
A 15 yr old working for someone else is just labor .
Very few adults trust the thinking of anyone under 21 .
(too many hormones make teenagers crazy )

Try Mc Donald's and if you really are into thinking you can move up............................but your 15 and must work your way to the top like the rest of us. Also you still need your brain to finish school, you'll have all the time in the world to think when you grow up.
