What treatment have you had for scoliosis that worked?

Could anyone who's been diagnosed with adult scoliosis share your treatment methods that have helped you, please.
I'm researching as best as I can on the net but it's always helpful to hear from people who have actually been through it.

Chiropractic adjustments in a short series,
and going back as needed when irritation or pain return
(a few months later). Continuing such care over a few years will help to re-train your spine to a more healthy position.
