after some long debate this is a rough draft of a menu for r wedding dinner. what do u think? (it is not in any specific order and we have not decided on appetizers any suggestions? )
this is a sit down meal.

Schnitzel

Roasted Chicken with Lemon-Herb Sauce (option of suteed mushrooms)

Baked Potato (Option of Butter, Chives, Sour cream)

Garlic Mashed Potatoes

Whole Kernel Corn in Butter Sauce

Asparagus (Option of Hollandaise Sauce or Bread Crumbs Fried in Butter Topping)

Italian Wedding Soup

Classic Caesar Salad

Vanilla Ice Cream (Option of fresh Strawberries, Chocolate Syrup, Whipped Cream)

Strawberry Shortcake (Option of whipped cream)

Sounds great. Only thing I would suggest is to not have the baked potato. It is kind of hard to eat a baked potato (you know have to butter and use fingers and such) and you will already have garlic mashed potatoes. Why not another green veg. or nothing else.

Sounds great and elaborate. May I suggest a chocolate fountain to go with the strawberries? Best wishes.

You have a well thought out menu. Everything can be made ahead of time and kept warm without it being rush rush at the last minute. Enjoy your wedding and make memories!!
