Without. Religion isn't necessary.

I would prefer to live in a world where all religions would be respected. I would prefer to live in a world were one could practice ones religion openly and not be preached at by those who think that their religion is the one and only true way.

I would like to live in a world were freedom of religion meant ALL religions.

I wonder if I will ever see that world.

Without it.

I would rather be surrounded by people who take responsibility for their own actions instead of giving the credit or blame to a deity.

I would rather be surrounded by people who are swayed by facts and reason and not superstition.

I would rather be surrounded by people who are strong enough to do for themselves by working hard, not wasting time praying or reading the same book over and over, constantly reciting and mis-understanding its already unclear, mistranslated message.

I want the human race to take the credit for our achievements and the blame for our shortcomings.

I want peace with the Middle Eastern, Korean, Chinese, Israeli and American gods. It is unlikely tho because those who wage war will never abandon their gods and work towards a mutual goal of peace.

I am NOT by any means say that a godless world will be a peaceful world, but considering the status quo, it's worth a shot.

It depends on the religion in question. There are some I could do without, but to wipe out ALL religion I think would be a terrible idea. And how would you go about doing that?

Oh, with religion. In a couple of months, we'll celebrate it. It'll be 2008 years fresh. Going back, before that, was B.C. Before Christ. You know, all that weird stuff. Us evolving from other species. Nothing as startling, and scientific as the Second testimate. It may have taken us twice, but we finally got it. REborn.

Without: If religion is the means to bind back to God, I would rather be in a world where it was never necessary to need it, i.e. the bond with God was never broken

Without religion, the world would be Pol Pot's Cambodia, Enver Hoxa's Albania or Stalin's Soviet Union.
