Also, your level of fitness affects your immune system.
Here are some good ideas:

.
5. Take an aerobics class, a yoga class, or some other fitness class.
6. Join the local YMCA..
Mental Health:
1. Get a friend to talk to each day about your feelings.

3. Learn how to meditate.
4. Join a support group for the issue you’re dealing with.
5. Ask your Higher Self (or God) for guidance.
6. Start keeping a diary or journal about your feelings & thoughts.
7. Write a ‘gratitude’ list every night.
8. Do something that makes you happy each day like: listen to your favorite music, draw, paint, write, or anything creative.

Eat as many Fresh veggies and fruits in season as you can. Eat only lean meat,,very little red meat,,,concentrate on chicken and fish...like sardines, salmon, mackerel..all high in omega 3 oil......Don't eat too much dairy, just a little to spice up your meals, eat whole grain cereals and bread. Apples, with a yogurt dip,,,,boiled egg... nuts, just a few....make a good snack. Don't eat processed food,,like cheese spread,,hot dogs,,,that sort of thing...don't use too much salt,,,,and do drink a lot of water....avoid sweets and salty snacks like potato chips and cookies,,,,entirely.
Grapes are especially good for you, as are berries, especially blueberries......and the cabbage family of veggies,,,broc...Brussel sprouts,,,cabbage,,,,greens....green tea, veggie juice, fruit juice is also good for you. And believe it or not,,,dark chocolate is good for you.
I'm in the process of trying to build my own system up after taking medicine that completely suppressed it...
