I would call my insurance company and collect the claim. This is why you should buy uninsured motorist coverage. Doesn't matter what the immigration status of the other driver is.

That happens quite a bit apparently and when two Hispanics bumped into a child with their car at a local Juneteenth gathering, the group ganged up and killed one of them. This story died and was buried rather quickly. Everything has consequences.

I would contact the Police for a report, then contact my insurance company. That is the purpose of having full coverage.

Thats why you have uninsured motorists insurance... its not that much extra but WELL WORTH IT. My dad was killed by a uninsured motorist (Who was perfectly legal, just didnt have insurance) and his insurance company paid out.
