Has anyone ever used or heard of Garnier Pure A Night Gel?

Did you like the results of it? Its supposed to fight blemishes and tighten pores also. I found it works very good but I'd like to hear other opinions. Thanks!

I've heard of it but never used it. It's for girls [how do I make this look like a ten year old is saying this and afraid of "girl germs"?]
