You can't and must not charge any tax (unless you have a sales tax registration number).

Probably nothing. Are you doing this as a business, or just selling your old clothes on ebay?

If it's a business, and you sell to someone in your state, then you have to be registered with your state to collect sales tax and remit it to them.

It depends on what state your are in. Different states have different rates. You would only tax the product not the shipping.
