i am a huge exercise buff- i run everyday for like an hour, but i didn't yesterday and today! i ate so much junk today too!

2 icecream cones
a bunch of blue chips
kashi go lean cereal w/yogurt
lots of organic trail mix with chocolate in it
4 pieces of challah white bread
4tbsp of peanut butter
3tsp jelly
3 kashi party crackers
apple
1/4 of a tuna burger

will this effect me at all? any calories estimations? i feel so DISGUSTING!!!!

I'm wondering if this looks too much for a weak amount of exercise day?

Wow!!! You really did eat TONS of junk today! You ate wayy too much, considering the very small amount of exercise you did for the day! But don't worry too much, just don't eat anything else today, and then exercise like crazy tomorrow and you should be good! I would guess that you ate about 2,500 calories!!!!! Here are my estimations ~

2 icecream cones = 300-500 calories
a bunch of blue chips = 400 calories
kashi go lean cereal w/yogurt = 200 calories
lots of organic trail mix with chocolate in it = 350 calories
4 pieces of challah white bread = 400 calories
4tbsp of peanut butter = 400+ calories
3tsp jelly = 150 calories
3 kashi party crackers = 50 calories
apple = 100 calories
1/4 of a tuna burger = 100 calories

♥ Hope this helps! ♥

If this is the worst you've done to yourself lately, I wouldn't be worrying so much. 2 ice cream cones, some chocolate and a few peanut butter sandwiches is not going to kill you, and none of this isn't going to effect you as much as you think it will considering how active you are. Granted, it's not something you want to be doing all the time, but stressing about this is probably more unhealthy for you than the food you ate.

I just dont see how 1 or 2 days a month of unhealthy food can be all that bad. You should be just fine as long as for the most part you eat healthy.

Okay, it sounds as if you had a bad day. It happens. Know what you do? You get right back on your healthy food and exercise plan and remember what triggers your junk food cravings--could it be that time of the month?

Yeah, today was a bad day. I don't think it will affect you if your back to eating well tomorrow. I had a bad day today, I ate sweet potato marshmellow bread, man it was good. I ate snickerdoodles. I've stayed away from crap for months and I ate bad today, but o-well, I still exercises today and I'll get back with it tomorrow.
