UNPLUG THE POWER!!!!

I place it like that because that's what I want you to do before you do anything else. On the eithe side of the unit you will have 2 screws and perhaps one or two in the back... Take all those out, being mindful of any that may be differant in size... remove the top of the unit... remove the disc that has it all jammed up... replace the cover....( DON'T GO ROOTING AROUND INSIDE!!!! ) Replace the screws being mindful to put any that may have been differant in size where they go.... At that point you can plug er back in, power it up smash in the eject button and all should be right with the world...

to be true i would stop the power source and send it back but if you neen to retrieve that disk it will take again a use use of a screwdriver and a earth source then open and grab but it will viod your warrenty so tyhink before you attempt

unplug .. let it b for 1 minute ...replug ..push the open button right away.good luck.
